We work in cybersecurity and data protection. It would be a little embarrassing if our own website followed you around the internet.
WE DON'T TRACK YOU.
This is a static website. No analytics, advertising pixels, contact forms or third-party fonts. We don't set cookies for tracking, build visitor profiles or sell browsing information.
Some technical information is still necessary to deliver a website and keep it secure. The internet has not yet figured out how to work without network addresses.
THE TECHNICAL BITS.
When you visit, technical request data may be processed by our infrastructure: your IP address, date and time, requested page or file, browser/user-agent information, HTTP response code and, where supplied, the referring website.
This helps us deliver the site, diagnose problems and protect it against abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a reliable, secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We aim to keep our website access and webserver runtime logs for no more than 7 days during normal operations. Relevant records may be kept longer when investigating an actual security incident.
EUROPE FIRST.
Our website is served directly from a Hetzner VPS, without a content delivery network (CDN). We avoid third-party analytics, advertising services and externally hosted fonts.
Website hosting involves the infrastructure provider and its applicable service terms. DNS resolution, TLS certificate issuance and email use separate infrastructure. We do not claim that every related service processes data exclusively inside the European Economic Area.
YOU WRITE. WE REPLY.
If you contact us at info@ntrmx.be, we process your email address, any other contact details you share and the content of your message to respond and, where appropriate, discuss or manage a business relationship.
Depending on the situation, this is based on steps requested before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in professional communication (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes or to meet legal obligations. Email involves separate mail infrastructure and is not covered by the website hosting description above.
YOUR DATA. YOUR RIGHTS.
Under the GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, restrict or object to processing and, where applicable, receive your data in a portable format. Just email info@ntrmx.be. We'll handle it without making you complete a twelve-page form.
